The master´s thesis is focused on the performance evaluation for the MIKROP ČEBÍN a.s. company using the EFQM Excellence Model. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of performance and the ways in which it can be measured and evaluated. The current situation of the company is characterized in the analytical part. The evaluation is performed according to the START Model questionnaire, which is derived from the EFQM Model of Excellence. The final part contains measures leading to increase the company's performance.

The master thesis is focused on the performance evalution of company Centropen, a. s. The first part of the thesis contains definitions of performance and individual methods of business performance measurement. The practical part introduces the analyzed company and describes its current situation. Subsequently, the evaluation of the performance of the selected company is done using the START Model questionnaire, which is based on the EFQM Excellence Model. Suggestions and recommendations for improving the current situation are presented in the final part.

The diploma thesis is focused on the performance evaluation of a selected company using the EFQM Excellence Model. The theoretical part defines the concept of performance and methods of its measuring. The analytical part is devoted to the introduction of the selected company and the evaluation of its performance through the START model, which is based on the EFQM Excellence Model methodology. Based on the results of the evaluation, strengths and areas for improvement are identified, from which proposals for measures to improve the company's performance are based.

This master´s thesis deals with Invia.cz, a.s. performance analysis. First part of the thesis contains basic theoretical knowledge, regarding methods of company performance measurement. Next part is focused on description of the studied company and then performance assessment of the chosen company using START Model based on EFQM Excellence Model is elaborated. Proposals for improvement of the current situation are suggested in the last chapter.

This master's thesis is focused on conducting a performance evaluation of a particular company using the EFQM Excellence Model. The theoretical section of this thesis introduces the primary theoretical basis for company performance measurement with a focus on the EFQM Model of Excellence. The analytical section contains an evaluation of the selected company‘s current situation using the Excellence Model's methodology to identify weaknesses. The output from the analysis is then used in the subsequent section of the thesis, where these weaknesses are transformed into suggestions for improving the company's performance so it can proceed further on its path to excellence.

In conclusion, there are suggested measures to improve the company performance based on the results of the evaluation.

The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concept of performance and characterizes individual methods of measuring the company performance. In the practical part of the thesis the company is described, and its current situation is analyzed. Subsequently, the company’s performance is evaluated using the START Model, which is based on the principles of the EFQM Excellence Model. In the final part of the thesis are, based on the results of the evaluation, suggested measures that would increase the company’s performance.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the performance of the company BRA-VUR, a.s. using the START Model, based on the EFQM Excellence Model. The theoretical part of the thesis defines quality, performance, and company performance measurement methods. The content of the analytical section is to evaluate the current situation in the company using the START Model and selected financial analysis indicators. The results of this assessment are used in the final part of the work, which is to propose measures to improve the performance of the company and to shift forward on its way to excellence.

The introductory part is dedicaded to clarifying the theoretical basis, basic concepts and the method of measuring performance. The analytical part introduces the evaluated organization, conducts a survey using the selected model and according to the results are interpreted strengths and areas for improvement. In the last section, based on the outputs of the analysis, measures are proposed to increase the company's performance.
